Ph.D. CANDIDATES

Any mission

• Online mission authorization request (the following instructions have been updated on Sept 2023)
  An authorization request must ALWAYS be obtained before departure for insurance reasons, regardless of whether you are asking for refunds or not.
• Info to enter in the online form:
  - Tipo di fondo: "progetto" (if you are using your research budget, then also specify in the notes 'research budget'; if you are using your personal money, then also specify 'zero cost mission' in the notes; if you are someone else's funds, specify what fund in the notes or in the funds' description);
  - Struttura responsabile: "Dipartimento di Psicologia Generale" (if you are using your research budget); name of dept managing the funds (if you are using funds of UNIPD professors/researchers);
  - Responsabile copertura finanziaria: "Elisa Barzon" (if you are using your research budget); name of secretary of the dept. managing the fund (if you are using funds of UNIPD professors/researchers);
  - Responsabile autorizzazione: "Francesca Pazzaglia" (regardless of the budget you are using);
  - Responsabile progetto: "Name of the supervisor" (if you are using your research budget); name of the owner of the funds (if you are using funds of UNIPD professors/researchers);
  - Altre firme: "Coordinatore del corso di dottorato"
  
• Info to enter in the online form by Ph.D. Students enrolled in the XXXIX series and affiliated with the Dept of Mathematics:
  - Tipo di fondo: "progetto" (if you are using your research budget, then also specify in the notes 'research budget'; if you are using your personal money, then also specify 'zero cost mission' in the notes; if you are someone else's funds, specify what fund in the notes or in the funds' description);
  - Struttura responsabile: "Dipartimento di Matematica" (if you are using your research budget); name of dept managing the funds (if you are using funds of UNIPD professors/researchers);
  - Responsabile copertura finanziaria: "Cinzia Clemente" (if you are using your research budget); name of secretary of the dept. managing the fund (if you are using funds of UNIPD professors/researchers);
  - Responsabile autorizzazione: "Bruno Chiarellotto" (regardless of the budget you are using);
  - Responsabile progetto: "Name of the supervisor" (if you are using your research budget); name of the owner of the funds (if you are using funds of UNIPD professors/researchers);

Missions longer than 20 days (until the XXXVII series) or 15 days (with the XXXVIII series onward)

• Visit plan
  To be sent before departure to phd.BMCS@unipd.it
• Mobility abroad authorization request (March 2023 version)
  (regardless of which funding you use). To be sent before departure to both phd.BMCS@unipd.it and phd@unipd.it. You will need to have the visit plan authorized first.
• Start of activities abroad statement
  To be sent to phd@unipd.it after the arrival at the hosting institution
• Visit abroad final statement
  To be sent at the completion of a visit abroad to phd@unipd.it

Other forms

• Summer/winter school attendance hours claim to be sent to BMCS secretariat
  
• Teaching authorization form (new) to be sent to BMCS secretariat
• Course certificate(for non-BMCS classes taken as optional classes)

• Refund application for small expenditures (up to 200€; updated on Feb 2024)
• Authorization for work activities to be sent to BMCS secretariat
