Project description
APICURON is a platform that was originally created to track and credit the work of curators in various databases by keeping a record of their contributions and showing their activity history. The goal of my project is to expand the platform to also recognize research software developers. This means tracking their work, making their contributions more visible, and ensuring they get proper credit. The expansion will add ways to measure software-related contributions and create a more complete system for acknowledging work in the research community.
