Project description
Chronic disease management focuses on influencing health behaviors through targeted interventions. My project emphasizes prevention via AI prediction systems, which analyze data to identify at-risk individuals and recommend proactive measures for managing Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). By utilizing evidence-based protocols and integrating human-centered design with insights from psychology and computer science, I aim to develop effective digital tools that empower patients to manage their health.
