Project description
Nicola Dragos' project identifies and classifies the factors that predict multilateral development agency partnership performances, leveraging NLP and inference on project evaluation reports and ratings. The study’s final goal is predictive software to improve the selectivity of future partnerships, increasing partnership socio-economic impacts and public expenditure efficiency.
