Project description

My PhD research focuses on cognitive and computational solutions to improve the efficacy of public-policy definition processes. The goal of the planned research is to explore whether and to what extent modern Machine Learning methods and techniques can construct a Machine-Learning-based oracle capable of informing public policy making effectively, and of self-adapting to different countries and regions, for the benefit of the relevant populations. Such project is “glocal” by nature, and conceived to aid national institutions, international development institutions, and research centres.
