Project description
The rising workforce experiences ongoing digital transformation that reshapes education and work environments. This shift drives educators, learners, and training experts to adopt technology for enhancing and adapting training systems. There is a pressing need for innovative training methods that leverage emerging technologies to prepare future-ready, skilled individuals. Educational Robotics (ER) stands out as a promising tool in this context, offering students a hands-on way to develop both technical and essential life skills. Rooted in constructionist theory, which emphasizes active learning through creation and sharing, ER encourages problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. The project aims to address the digitization of educational, professional, and living environments, enhancing individuals' soft and digital skills and building their confidence in using these skills effectively. Specifically, it seeks to: (a) assess the impact of Educational Robotics on soft skills across various worker groups, (b) develop and test an innovative training program using Educational Robotics, and (c) enhance well-being in work and educational settings by strengthening learning processes and fostering both soft and digital skills.
