Aim:
The aim of Methodological foundations and statistics (Part A and B) is to introduce the student to the methodology and the statistics in use in life sciences and informatics research. The aim of part B group of lectures is to introduce the student to the methodology and the statistics in use in life sciences and informatics research

Syllabus:
1. Descriptive statistics
2. Graphical representation of data
3. Correlation and regression
4. Comparing means
5. Non parametric tests

Examination and grading:
Students will be asked run and comment statistical analysis on custom data
