Aim:
Writing scientific papers and delivering effective presentations are essential skills for scientists, independently of their specific field of enquiry (e.g., Computer science, Psychology, Physics, etc.). Indeed, a study cannot be considered as concluded, unless the obtained results are communicated to the scientific community, by means of: oral presentations, posters, and articles. In the present course, we shall aim to elaborate on advanced aspects of structure and writing style in articles, on how to clearly and concisely convey written information in posters, and, finally, on the craft of oral presentations. This advanced course will encompass theoretical lessons and practical exercises covering all the aspects of scientific communication. Active interaction among the participants will be highly required and appreciated.
